RETURNS & REFUNDS IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE: Refunds are only applicable on purchases payed through Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards made directly on the website through Telr Payment Gateyway. Refunds do not apply on orders payed by Cash on delivery (COD). You will receive an unlimited time coupon code for which you can purchase any item on the website,

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges in the UAE

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customerservice@boutiqna.com. The first pickup will be free of charge and the second pickup will be subjected to a shipping fee of 15 AED (which will be deducted from the original mode of payment)

International return, refunds and exchange

⦁ To initiate a return contact customerservice@boutiqna.com for the steps.
⦁ For returns outside the United Arab Emirates, contact your local or preferred postal service of choice.
⦁ Adress the return to:- United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Postaplus (Speedex) Umm Ramool, Boutiqna-PNP.
⦁ You will have to cover postal charges yourself so make sure you mark your package as returned goods to avoid any additional charges.
⦁ Ask your courier for proof of shipment or tracking ID so you can have proof you sent the item.
⦁ Once we receive the item the refund will be on the original mode of payment.

Exchange

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It may take 1-7 working days.

Cancellation

You have 1 hour to cancel your order, after 1 hour then you will need to arrange a return by sending an email to:
